If you change your mind or the item doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange for a more suitable item within 30 days. Simply log into your account and submit a returns request form, send the item back and we will happily exchange your items.
If your purchase is faulty or not what you ordered simply log into your account and submit a returns request form, send the item back and we can exchange or refund your claim, no worries.
Simply log into your account, and open the relevant order number from which you are returning products. Select the products you wish to return and include information about why you are returning the goods, whether you would like an exchange or refund, and what you would like to replace the goods (if applicable). An email will then be sent to you with your Return Request information. Simply print this email and include it in with the goods you are returning. If you are unable to print, please ensure that you write the invoice number down and attach it to the items.
Ensure that the products are in their original condition (tags still attached, if apparel) and all packaging materials.
Package up the goods and return to us using a trackable Australia Post satchel. Change of mind and exchanging sizes will need to be returned at your cost. If it is faulty or the wrong item received, Scotty Cam will cover the cost of the return.
Full details of what you will need to do will be emailed to you when your request is submitted.
Returns take up to 10 working days to process from the date that the goods are physically received by our warehouse. Refunds take up to 5 working days to register in your credit card or PayPal account.
